The Radar and Microwaves Unit is active in teaching and research in the fields of microwave theory and techniques, including remote sensing and non-destructive testing, the design, fabrication and characterization of microwave circuits and antennas, the analysis of complex electromagnetic wave propagation problems and the study of radars and scattering of electromagnetic waves. The unit has an extensive infrastructure including an anechoic chamber, network and spectrum analyzers, microwave generators and various antennas and other testing equipment.
